Will Staton operates this website. For questions about your information, email [email protected].
Booking and contact forms
If you request a call, the website uses your name, email address, any business name, chosen services, project details, and requested time to arrange and respond to your enquiry. It checks free and busy periods in Will Staton's Google Calendar and creates a tentative calendar event with your request details and a Google Meet link. The calendar check does not read event titles or descriptions. If you send a message through the contact page, your name, email address, chosen topic and message are emailed to Will Staton through Resend, and a short confirmation is emailed back to you. The confirmation never includes your message.
Spam protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and connection to tell people from bots; it does not use cookies for advertising or track you across websites.
Newsletter
If you enter your email in the newsletter form, it is sent to Resend to manage the mailing list. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Services and retention
Cloudflare hosts the website and its forms. Google Calendar holds call requests, and Resend handles email delivery and newsletter contacts. Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address above.
